years ago three friends started an annual journey to manhattan every december to celebrate the holidays, a little escape from the every day. sometimes more friends joined, but it was always these three amigas, kim and penny and jessie.
enter 2009, kim had her third baby and put her career on pause, jessie changed jobs, and penny became a landlady with two mortgages. out of economic necessity grew a brilliant idea — plan the same weekend in cleveland!
it seems ridiculous at first, but with some creativity (fueled by a few martinis) they realized it wasn’t too farfetched. follow kim, penny, jessie, and various friends and family as they attempt to celebrate a manhattan christmas … in cleveland!
